    As a fresh graduate, writing was the first skill that helped me secure this job. Starting my career as a copywriter and social media specialist, I successfully increased social media engagement by 1,100%.

     

    My responsibilities included writing blog content, crafting copy for product sales landing pages, creating Instagram content along with captions, and developing scripts for videos.

  • 2019 - 2021

    At this company, I had the opportunity to work directly under the CEO, which entrusted me with the responsibility of building a digital marketing team consisting of six members: an SEO Specialist, Public Relations, Social Media Manager, Content Writer, and Videographer.

     

    We worked synergistically to create a system that enabled in-house creative content production while seamlessly integrating with digital advertising.

    Establishing an online system for a B2B company during the pandemic was a challenging yet rewarding experience.

     

    In addition to promoting our company, we also assisted our clients in increasing their visibility through SEO and content marketing.

    In this role, I was responsible for acting as a consultant for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) while also teaching them about Facebook Ads. During my time here, I worked with over 100 SMEs.

     

    Midway through my tenure, I was reassigned to manage the company’s advertising campaigns. I handled a monthly budget ranging from IDR 700 million to 1.2 billion.

     

    Through strategic optimization, I successfully improved ad efficiency by reducing the Cost Per Lead by 40% compared to the previous period.

  • 2022 - present

    My current role began with building a website and implementing SEO, which took a year to fully take effect. However, within the first three months, we already saw significant improvements. Over the course of a year, I successfully increased organic traffic by more than 250%.

     

    In addition to SEO, I also manage performance marketing for an automotive brand. While I cannot disclose the exact budget we use, since taking charge of digital advertising, I have successfully reduced the Cost Per Lead (CPL) by over 50%, ensuring a much more efficient budget allocation.

    Fun fact:

    I was the FIRST Industrial Engineering student to be accepted as an assistant in the Computer Laboratory—the largest lab in my university, used by students from all departments—despite the requirement to have basic coding skills during the selection process.
